We specialize in The Rolf Method of Structural Integration and Brennan Healing Science® known as energy healing – services rarely found in other Miami Day Spas. Whether you need stress relief, pain management, improved athletic performance, mental clarity or emotional release, our professionally licensed staff is committed to providing exceptional care through the transformative potential of our services.
Waves Spa serves the FIU community and beyond. All are welcome. Located in Florida International University’s Graham Center on the MMC campus, Waves Spa is the first of its kind. Being right on the campus makes us an ideal respite for the University’s students, faculty and staff. But it doesn’t stop there… clients have been spreading the word to family and friends since 2006 and they too are coming in for our award-winning services.
In addition, we have a high volume of clients not connected to the FIU community who visit Waves Spa. They come from all over the Miami-Dade, Broward and Monroe County areas. These clients come in primarily for our great discounted spa packages and affordable massage prices.
Waves Spa has been voted Best Massage in Miami 2008 & 2007 and Best Facials in Miami 2008 by Citysearch voters. In 2009, Waves Spa was a “Top 5 Finalist” in 14 massage and spa treatment categories. Waves Spa was also awarded “2008 Best Spa in South Florida” by The Best of South Florida Health & Beauty television show.

David clearly knows what he's doing. His bodywork is exceptional. He can assess, communicate & administer an amazing treatment. It's refreshing to find such a talented technician who is also passionate about what he does. I left feeling refreshed & renewed. Receptionist Liz was extremely helpful & pleasant.

Waves Spa is an excellent Spa. The therapists are very knowledgeable and excellent. David is an excellent Brennan Healing practitioner and also does a very rare from of massage (Rolf). The Rolf Method is great for your body's structural integration. Heather is an awesome deep tissue therapist. This spa is awesome!! Would you visit again? Yes

Wow, I am from NY originally and while on vaca it is a must to frequent the spa (ummm even while not on vaca!). This was one of the many I visited and I must admit that the service here exceeded that of much of the service I had received in NY. A must especially for the massages. THEY LISTEN HERE. Would you visit again? Yes

I must admit that I'm a Waves junkie. This place has it all. With their fairly regular specials, it's possible to have an in room massage for 60 or 90 minutes at no more than $1/minute. Even though I'm only on the FIU campus on a part time basis, I make the trip from downtown because there is no spa in South Florida with therapist as skilled, professional, and affordable as Waves. When I'm too rushed or my budget is tight, I get a chair massage. 10 or 15 minutes and I'm back to new! This is my oasis from the hectic, brutal daily grind that is Miami. |
